Puttur, Mar 29: The BJP women activists’ conference will be held at Puttur on Tuesday March 31.
“The conference will include activists from 188 polling booths of Puttur Vidhan Sabha constituency”, said MLA Mallika Prasad, speaking to media persons.
“Around 20 BJP women activists will be present at each polling booth. The conference is being conducted to create awareness and increase popularity of the BJP party among women voters”, she said.
Bharati Shetty, president, Mahila Morcha, state BJP, Shruti Mahender, president, women and child welfare corporation, Sulochana G K Bhat, secretary, state BJP, and K T Shailaja Bhat will participate in the conference, said Prasad.
