You are absolutely right Vijay. This has become a joke. Police arrest the murderer, court lets him scot-free.

Abhishek, Mulky, expressing surprise now that law is a mockery! Go down memory lane. What about your home grown mulky case, church attacks, MLAs daughter Shruti case, Ullal auto driver Dsouza murder aquittals, the list is endless. Witnesses either don't turn up or go hostile. The pub case for instance, the attackers are there on the video but no NSA against them. Simple, friendly Govt. here, un- friendly Govt. there. Where is the question of law.

Abhishek, Mulky: NSA was enacted after Mumbai attacks and not in 2006.  Punishing Varun will send a clear signal to the politicians who are indulged in causing communal distress. Let us all appreciate Supreme Court's decision on Sanjay Dutt's case because Law was upheld in that case. Varun also should be dealt with the same yard stick because he is an Indian just like me and you. All those who attacked innocent people in the name of religion and Power are let out on bail. It’s the irony of our Law/judiciary system.
