Mangalore, Apr 6: Policemen from Gujarat arrived in the city on the morning of Sunday April 5 and interrogated Chota Shakeel associate Rashid Malbari and his accomplices, who are under the custody of the Ullal policemen here. The police team was led by police officer Ajay.
The team had come to the city to examine as to whether Rashid Malbari had anything to do with the underworld activites in that state.
The police custody of Rashid Malbari and others will end on Monday April 6. It is learnt, the policemen of Panambur will seek his custody for three days.
