Mangalore: Sonia Likely to Visit City to Canvass for Poojary, Hegde

Mangalore, Apr 21: It is learnt, Congress national president and UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi in all probability, will address a public meeting to be convened at the Nehru Maidan here in the afternoon of Sunday April 26.

At the meeting, she will seek votes for Dakshina Kannada Lok Sabha candidate from the Congress Party B Janardhan Poojary and his counterpart in Udupi-Chikmagalur constituency, K Jayaprakash Hegde. The timing of the meeting is tentatively set at 1.00 pm. It is not known as yet, about the possibility of her children Rahul and Paiyanka accompanying her during her visit to the city.

Gulam Nabi Azad, national general secretary of the party and in-charge of the Congress Party affairs in Karnataka, will be visiting the city on the evening of Tuesday April 21, for attending to the spadework in view of Sonia's impending visit.

    Hi Rahul, There is saying that Old is Gold but looks like you are a great fan of Varun Gandhi or the people who like to divide the country on the basis of religion and whose PM candidate is the EVERGREEN YOUTH MR.L.K.ADVANI (according to you if Mr.Poojary and Mr.Hegde are old then what will you say about Mr.L.K.Advani).

    This is good that Soniaji is coming to Mangalore. Mr Poojary will easily win from here and Soniaji presence will help him. Old is always gold, as of Mr. Advaniji, so old young doesnt matter. Jai ho Mr Poojary.
