Hassan: MP Prajwal Revanna blames Congressmen for government's debacle

Daijiworld Media Network - Hassan (SP)

Hassan, Jul 30: Local MP and son of former minister H D Revanna, Prajwal Revanna, said that a few from the Congress, who collected money on account of their greed to become ministers, have caused the fall of the coalition government. He termed allegations being made against his father, H D Revanna, in this regard as outright false.

He recalled a Kannada adage which gives an example of a monkey feasting on yogurt and then smearing it on the mouth of a goat to make it look as if that the goat had consumed yogurt. He said that blame is being placed on his father unnecessarily whereas the reality is that the Congressmen are behind the crash of the coalition government.
