Chikkaballapur, Aug 6: After a car and a motorbike got involved with head-on collision near R Chokkanahalli Cross on Peresandra - Gudibande road on Monday August 5, two persons who were travelling by the motorbike died on the spot.
The accident happened as both the car and the motorbike which were travelling at high speed approached the road bend on Peresandra - Gudbande road. Purushotham (30) from Yalahanka and his friend, whose name is yet to be ascertained, lost their lives instantly.
The persons on the two-wheeler were moving to attend a function in the house of a relative in Myakalahalli in Gudibande taluk when the accident happened. A case about the accident was registered in Gudibande police station.
