Byndoor, Dec 5: The mortal remains of Ramesh (38), who had gone missing, was found from a discarded well at Nairykeri in Kirimanjeshwar village near here on Tuesday December 3,
Ramesh, who was from Kirimanjeshwar, had gone missing since December 1. He had arrived home from Bengaluru at around 4.30 am on December 1. At 5 pm the same day, he had left home to visit the market. He had not returned home thereafter and efforts made to trace him had failed. At around 7.30 on Tuesday, his body was found lying in an old well. It is suspected that he would have slipped and fallen into the well when returning home at night.
On the basis of complaint made by Revathi, sister of the deceased, a case was registered in Byndoor police station.
