Gangsters with terrorist link escape from Tamil Nadu, alert sounded in Mangaluru

Mangaluru, Jan 11: Two gangsters, who are said to be having connection with terrorists and who are expert bomb makers with the accusation of killing an assistant sub inspector of police (ASI) in Tamil Nadu are absconding.

High alert is sounded in Kerala in this regard as there is a possibility that these culprits might have entered there. Police in Mangaluru are also informed about this by their Tamil Nadu counterparts. Accordingly police of the city are monitoring the movement of people and vehicles at strategic entry points to the city.

It is accused that both the gangsters, who are residents of Kanyakumari in Tamil Nadu have shot and killed ASI Wilson of Kalikavillai police station, who was on duty at Martanda check post.

It is said that the duo might have entered Kerala or Karnataka and intense search is on for them in all the three states of Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Karnataka.
