Bantwal: Body of 37-year-old man found near railway tracks at B C Road

Bantwal, Feb 18: The body of a 37-year-old man was found on the railway tracks near B C Road over bridge on Tuesday, February 18. It is yet to be known if the man whose body is found was hit by a train when he was walking on railway tracks or committed suicide.

The deceased is identified as Mohan Shetty (37), a resident of Alethoor, B Mooda village, B C Road.

The body was found at about 7.30 am. People who noticed it, informed Bantwal police personnel who in turn informed railway police.

Railway police personnel shifted the body to Wenlock hospital mortuary.
