Tumakuru: Former minister C Channigappa passes away

Tumakuru, Feb 21: C Channigappa, who a former forest minister in government of Karnataka passed away at 8.20 am on Friday, February 21.

Channigappa was suffering from age-related ailments and died at Apollo hospital in Bengaluru.

He was three time MLA from the Koratagere assembly constituency in the district.

The last rites of the former minister will be held at Govindarajanahalli of Nelamangala on Friday evening.
