Mangaluru: City lad Rohan D'Souza bags shotput gold in South Zone inter-polytechnic games

Mangaluru, Mar 2: Rohan D'Souza, a resident of Paldane in the city, has bagged gold in the shotput event in the third all India south zone inter-polytechnic sports meet that was held at Vishakpatnam.

Rohan is studying in the final year diploma of Karnataka Polytechnic Mangaluru. He was felicitated by the parish priest of Paldane church Fr Alban D'Souza. vice president of parish council William Lobo, secretary Austin Monteiro, Gurkar of Holy Family ward, to which Rohan belongs, Gracey Saldanha were present on the occasion.

Rohan is the son of Chales D'Souza and Janet D'Souza couple of Paldane.
