Mangaluru, Mar 10: Under the vibrant leadership of Fr Anil D Mello, parish priest of ICYM Neermarga unit visited Snehalaya Psycho Social Rehabilitation Centre on Sunday March 8.
The residents were thrilled to see the youth as they stepped in and greeted them with a Namaste.
They conversed with the inmates, sang songs, danced and enacted skits for them. Gifts in cash and kind were also distributed.
To wrap it up in simple words the visit to the ashram was a huge learning experience for the young citizens and it also inculcated the values of empathy and compassion in them.
