Udupi, Mar 24: On Monday, March 23 four persons including two women suspected to have been infected with coronavirus, were admitted into the hospital for health check in the district. Their throat swab samples have been sent for testing. Already 21 persons are under observation in the hospital.
On Monday, test reports in respect of 19 suspects were received and all of them were negative. With effect from midnight on March 21, strict check is on at the border areas of the district to look for people suspected to have contracted this disease.
