Udupi: CMC member Ramesh Kanchan distributes vegetable kits to 50 underprivileged families

Udupi, Apr 26: Udupi municipality member for Bailoor ward Ramesh Kanchan distributed vegetable kits to 50 families of Bhagya Mandir area of his constituency.

Ramesh Kanchan with the association of Sarvajanika Ganeshotsava Samiti distributed food kits to nearly 50 destitute families earlier in the week.
C Gopalkrishna Ballal, the Moktesaras distributed the vegetable kits. Speaking on the occasion he said, "Due to the lockdown many are in trouble. Helping these families is a selfless service, Ramesh Kanchan is providing vegetable and food kits to them. This is a very noble service."

Dinesh Puthran proprietor, Puthran Gas Agency speaking on the occasion said, "Lockdown is important to control the pandemic. But due to this, many labourers and migrant workers and daily wage workers are impacted. To help these families with providing food and vegetables is a selfless deed."

Ramesh Kanchan, CMC member Sudhakar Bhandary, president Ganeshotsava Samithi, Maxim D'Souza, Ananthkrishna Prabhu and others were present on the occasion.
