Mangaluru: ICYM Permannur distributes 300 food kits to underprivileged

Mangaluru, May 12: ICYM Permannur in collaboration with St Sebastian Church, Permannur distributed 300 food kits worth Rs 1,20,000 to the residents of Krishna Nagar, Thokottu, Ullal on May 10 amid the lockdown. People were provided with the kits irrespective of caste, creed or religion. The Permannur parish priest Fr J B Saldanha, assistant parish priest Fr Santhosh D'Souza, parish council vice-president Mourice Monteiro, parish council secretary Philomena D'Souza.



ICYM Permannur president Navaneeth Merwin D'Souza, ICYM Permannur secretary Velita D'Souza, Krishnanagara ward councillor Chitrakala and heads of different religions were present. Arun Ullal compered the programme.
