Moodbidri, Jun 8: A person with a quarantine seal on his hand was found lying on road beside main market road near old bus stand here in the evening on Monday June 8.

It is said that he had fallen down on the roadside after falling on an auto-rickshaw and some cars on the main road. Onlookers said that he might have been under the influence of alcohol.
