Kundapur: Man slips, falls to death inside under construction well

Kundapur, Jun 13: A man passed away on June 13 after falling in a well being constructed here. The incident happened in Nada gram panchayat limits. The deceased was Shetrakatte, Karkunje village resident Lakshman Poojary (38). He was married.

The work of laying the ring for the well was in progress. Meanwhile, Lakshman Poojary lost balance, slipped and fell in the well.



Fire brigade personnel who were informed of the incident came to the spot. The personnel, Gangolli station police and Gangolli 24/7 ambulance staff retrieved the body with the help of a volunteer's team.
