Bengaluru: Failure in examination, 3 girl students end lives

Bengaluru, Jul 15: In separate incidents reported from different parts of the state, three girl students who had appeared for the recent PU examinations, ended their lives.

Triveni Suresh Ganachari (18), a second PU student from Vakkunda village in Bailahongala taluk, Belagavi district, had consumed poison on July 11 as she apprehended very low marks in the examination. Without responding to treatment, she breathed her last on Tuesday.

T V Kantha (17), daughter of Venkateshappa from Kanthepuramath village in Kamasamudra revenue division in Bangarpet taluk, Kolar district, hanged herself from a ceiling fan at her house. She was frustrated at her failure to clear the PU examination, it is learnt.

Shweta (18), daughter of Ravi from Anigidale village in Chintamani taluk in Kolar district hanged herself at her home on Tuesday immediately after learning that she had failed to clear the PU examination.

    So here we go
    Students are ending thr life’s with immense pressure cuz government has left us all hanging to choose between carrier or life !
    Covid 19 is showing no mercy
    So is government
    Its not easy to handle the pressure we the students are facing
    Online classes din’t help us in any form
    We did all the struggles throughout our academic period
    We weren’t gifted with marks we struggled and we cleared all the subjects
    So we request our government to consider our struggle and consider our efforts by considering out our previous semester results and promoting us

    U see now I'm also failed in one subject,but later I recognize that I have done some mistakes
    Death is not a matter ,but we want feel strong in this situation....

    Exam is not a end of ur life,the beautiful life journey starts after ur all compilation of ur education, so don't give up ur hopes so soon, think about ur parents before u give up ur life.
    And a humble request to all our parents to not to force ur child to get a rank holder, they might b talented in any other field, so don't compare ur child to other child, u might b blessed with a talented child .
