Brahmavar: Senior citizen bitten by snake, passes away

Brahmavar, Jul 17: Yashodhara Shetty (62) from here died due to snake bite on the night of Wednesday, July 15.

Shetty found that the flow of water into his washing machine had been blocked. He went to the rear side of the house to check the reason for this phenomenon. During this period, a snake bit him. When being taken to a hospital in Brahmavar for treatment, he breathed his last.

On the basis of a complaint filed by Pradeep Kumar Shetty, a case of unnatural death stands registered in Brahmavar police station.
