Udupi, Jul 17: The members of Udupi municipality council, Ramesh Kanchan, Vijay Poojary and KPCC coordinator Veronica Cornelio felicitated Abhijna Rao, the state topper in science and a student of Vidyodaya PU College. Her felicitation ceremony was held at her home in Udupi on Thursday, July 16.
