Puttur, Jul 21: A man has allegedly winked at a girl, threw a chit with his telephone number written on it and sexually harassed her when she was waiting for the doctor at a clinic here.
The incident happened at a clinic at Darbe, Puttur in the morning on July 21. The girl had come to the clinic for treatment in the company of her father.
Meanwhile, Purusharakatte, Puttur resident Ibrahim Asif too came to the clinic. He winked at the girl, wrote a mobile number on a chit, threw it at the girl and sexually harassed her. A case in this connection is registered in Puttur women’s police station under section 354 (D) of Indian criminal procedure code on the basis of a complaint by the girl.
