Minister Basavaraj Bommai inspects sea erosion in Kundapur, Byndoor

Udupi, Aug 11: District in-charge minister Basavaraj Bommai inspected on Tuesday August 11, sea erosion that has occurred in Kundapur and Byndoor areas.

The minister inspected sea erosion affected areas in Kodi, Kundapur and the action taken swiftly by MLA Halady Srinivas Shetty to prevent it.

The minister later viewed the sea erosion at Maravanthe and Kirimanjeshwar.

Kundapur MLA Halady Srinivas Shetty, Byndoor MLA Sukumar Shetty, Karkala MLA Sunil Kumar, coastal development authority president Mattar Rathnaker Hegde, deputy commissioner G Jagadeesha, district panchayat CEO Preethi Gehlot, SP Vishnuvardhan and others were present.
