The person who lost the cattle feel the pain since he has to pay the bank loan and only few people who have no pity on animals make hue and cry. In US and other countries forget lynching they (Land owner) will shoot the thief for trespassing and stealing the cattle. Here laws should be strict and thief should not think of stealing again.

The 'Operation Kamala' formed Karnataka BJP government under CM Yedurappa now becoming another 'Jungle Raj' of South India that co-existed in peace.

Only Rajasthan , Manipur and West Bengal have passed bills to check lynching after CJI Condemns 'Cases of Mobocracy', parliament asked to draft new law.

It is the duty of government to ensure law and order, the Supreme Court passed a slew of directions to provide "preventive, remedial and punitive measures" to deal with mob violence and cow vigilantism.

The President of India hasn’t yet given his assent to the bills passed by Manipur in December last year and the one passed by Rajasthan and West Bengal in August, the Lok Sabha.

1.Why the Karnataka BJP government is not drafting Supreme Court directive, has issued two advisories to state governments to check incidents of lynching?
    2. How many more head does Honorable President of India need to given the accent to the bills passed by the state?
    Jai Hind!
