Byndoor: Muslim welfare association distributes kits to needy

Byndoor, Sep 7: “A healthy society will be formed when entrepreneurs utilize a portion of their earnings for the betterment of society,” said Karnataka non-resident India committee Bahrain president Leeladhar Bykampady.

He was speaking in a programme held to distribute kits to the needy and felicitate the corona warriors in Badakere government school premises on Monday September 7.

Mohammadiya Juma Masjid Akalabailu Kirimanjeshwar Ismael Hazar who chaired the programme said that a society should be formed where everybody can live in harmony through mutual help.

Dakshina Kannada Muslim welfare association Bahrain vice president Umar Saheb, former gram panchayat member Dinesh Shetty, Sridhar Devadiga, programme convener Mubarak Barakoor, Hassan Mevada, Byndoor and Abdul Razak were present.

Corona warriors were honoured in a special way. B Abdul Hameed welcomed the gathering and compered the programme.
