Janet Turned to Food After Michael's Death


London, Apr 5 (IANS): Pop star Janet Jackson put on pounds of weight following the death of her brother Michael because she always finds comfort in food when she's low.

The singing star has battled weight issues throughout her career and admits she turned to high-calorie treats to help her cope the death of the King of Pop last summer, reports contactmusic.com.

"It's stress. When I'm feeling down, I do turn to food. Normally people don't eat; they don't have an appetite... (for me) It's just the opposite; you eat everything," she said.
