Bengaluru, Oct 7: Sri NIrmalanandanatha Swamiji and Janjavadhut Swamiji of Adichunchanagiri Math met Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) president D K Shivakumar who is under pressure due to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) raid on Tuesday October 6 and assisted him calm down.

It is said that Shivakumar expressed resentment at the CBI raid. In the meanwhile, the CBI is said to be preparing a questionnaire in tune with the documents and things they have found for issuing summons to Shivakumar for his personal appearance.

It is learnt that Kanchanahalli Ravikumar had complained to the CBI about the illegal assets amassed by Shivakumar and he has also offered to provide full details of investments by Shivakumar and his brother. He said that he has already registered a number of complaints in the court relating to irregular activities indulged in by the brothers. He has accused them of having investments and Benami shares in several companies.
