Mangaluru: Boy’s death - Parents accuse head master, teachers of school of torture

Mangaluru, Feb 21: The suicide case of a boy, who was said to have died as the Nylon rope accidentally got tightened around his neck, has taken a twist.

During the primary investigation, police suspected that Darshan (14), a resident of third block, Katipalla in the city, had tied a nylon rope around his neck on the pretext of enacting some game and died as it accidentally got tightened around his neck as his leg got slipped as a result of which he died.

The parents of the deceased boy have complained to the police that the head teacher and other teachers have tortured the boy as a result of which he has committed suicide.

Police are investigating further based on the complaint raised by the parents of the deceased.

    very sad .But I personally feel that teachers will not go to the extent of doing this.Why dont they ask other students who were certainly there.One shouldnt tell unless they personally saw it .Children are always bit playful and do dangerous plays.May the soul rest in peace.
