Udupi, Jun 7: Annexure 3 is being issued from the deputy commissioner’s office here for students and employees travelling abroad for studies and jobs.

Those who are 45-year-old and are travelling abroad for jobs can directly go to their nearest government hospital or primary health centre using their passport as an identity card to obtain the vaccination.

Additional deputy commissioner, Sadashiva Prabhu in a press release advised people to enter their passport number as the identity proof in the Covid portal and contact telephone number: 0820-2574802 or 1077 if they face issues during the vaccination.

    I would be travelling to abroad by month of July and I would like to get my second dose of vaccination. Since there is no information how can I register or get it early in Udupi because I have got my first dose on may 25,2021.
