Bantwal, Jun 8: “It is necessary to have mental strength along with the vaccine in order to face coronavirus,” said former district panchayat member Chennappa Kotian. He was speaking after distributing food kits to corona warriors at Balthila here on Tuesday evening.
“The campaign against coronavirus is progressing well. We should not pay heed to rumours and promote the idea of getting vaccinated,” he said.
Balthila gram panchayat member B K Annu Poojary hailed the work of ASHA workers and Anganwadi workers.
VHP Kalladka zone convenor, Mohandas Mular, Kalladka zone Bajrang Dal secretary, Navin Mapala, donors, Sanjiva Poojary, former member of Nagaratna gram panchayat, Venkatraya Prabhu, gram panchayat members, Rajiv and others were present.
