London, Sep 11 (IANS): Hollywood actor Leonardo DiCaprio has won a three-year restraining order against a woman who insists she is pregnant with his child.
Livia Bistriceanu also claims to be the "Titanic" star's wife, reports express.co.uk.
The "Shutter Island" actor had filed a sworn declaration against 41-year-old Bistriceanu in August.
He was then granted a temporary restraining order against Bistriceanu demanding she stay at least 100 yards (91.4 metres) away from the actor.
A Los Angeles judge Friday ruled the order will remain in place for the next three years as well.
However, the actor didn't attend the hearing, but had previously stated he was terrified of the woman, who has twice been placed on psychiatric hold, and he feared she presented a threat to his personal safety.
