Bangalore, Oct 6: Multifarious problems have been haunting IT-BT minister, Katta Subrahmanya Naidu’s family since the last some weeks. His son, Katta Jagadish, a city corporator, who was nabbed by the Lokayukta personnel while giving money to a person to destroy evidence in land scam case he has been facing, was denied bail by a local court on Tuesday October 5.

The 23rd special additional civil and sessions court here, which exclusively handles Lokayukta cases, dismissed the bail petition moved by Jagadish in the said case. Judge, Chandrashekhar Hipparagi, refused to grant bail, taking into account the seriousness of offence Katta has been charged with.

As such, Katta Jagadish Naidu has been forced to remain in judicial custody till October 12, when his judicial custody term will end.
