Mangalore: Falling Transformer Demolishes Compound Wall, Motor Bikes

Mangalore, Oct 7: An electric transformer mounted on electric poles and standing behind the office of public works department near the police line in the city fell to the ground early morning on Thursday October 7.

As a result, the compound wall of the PWD office was demolished. The compound wall fell directly on four motor bikes parked by its side, inflicting extensive damages to them.

Howver, no casulaties have been reported.
