Udupi, Oct 12: In an announcement made by DC Hemalatha in the wake of political farce in the state, prohibitory orders have been clamped in the district from 3 pm of Oct 11 to 8 pm of Oct 13.

 When the prohibitory orders are in force, any kind of procession and protest would not be allowed, the announcement stated.
