Mangalore, Oct 15: Dr C P Habeeb Rahman, chairman, Unity Health Care and Service, has been conferred the Indian Leadership Award for Health Care Excellence.
The award has been instituted by the Indian Economic Development and Research Association.
The award was conferred in recognition of Dr Habeeb Rahman's outstanding contributions and services to the field of health care.
The award was presented by Dr Murali Manohar Joshi, former union minister, Dr G V G Krishnamurthy, former Election Commisioner of India and Dr B N Singh, former governor and union minister at a function held at the India Habitat Centre, New Delhi.
