Moodbidri, Nov 3: The meeting, which is prelude to the 19th Koti-Chennaya Jodukare Kambala that will be held on November 27 at Kadalakere Veerarani Abbakka cultural village was held in the auditorium near the Kambala stadium under the presidentship of Umanatha Kotian on Tuesday November 2.
It is decided to hold Moodbidri Kambala in the beginning of the season itself as it would be difficult for politicians to participate if the elections for legislative council are announced. Umanatha Kotian said that though the dais, which is under construction, will not get completed, temporary arrangements will be made to hold a stage programme.
Bhaskar S Kotian, treasurer of committee, chief secretary K Gunapala Kadamba, chief secretary of district Kambala committee Rakshith Jain and convener of referees Renjala Karya Suresh K Poojary were present.
