Mangalore, Jan 12:  As a part of two –day district police sports meet, organized under the joint auspices of DK district police and Mangalore city police, a police- Marathon was held, here on Wednesday, January 12.

City police commissioner Seemanth Kumar Singh inaugurated the marathon.  DK superintendent of police, A Subramanyeshwar Rao among others were present.

The marathon started from Pumpwell and ended at the district police ground.
