Mangalore: ‘Shed Inferiority Complex to Achieve Progress in Life’ – Dr Heggade

Mangalore, Jan 14: Dharmasthala Dharmadhikari, Dr D Veerendra Heggade, advised people to shed inferiority complex and imbibe self-confidence. He said that people who work with confidence progress in life faster.

Dr Heggade was speaking to the people after taking part in the harmony visit undertaken by Sri Vishweshateertha Swamiji of Pejavar Mutt in Moodushedde surroundings. “When people become economically stable, it becomes easier for them to gain self-confidence. People backed with confidence get the power to demand the facilities they are genuinely eligible to receive from the government,” he explained.

The harmony visit was underaken in Ambedkar Colony near Pilikula, Ambedkar Colony in Moodushedde Shealepadavu, and workers colony in Amrit Nagar area.

In his benedictory address, Pejavar Swamiji said that doing away with untouchability, achieving harmony, and spreading awareness about righteousness are the goals of his harmony visits. He requested the people to contact him if they face hurdles in entering the temples, drawing water from public wells etc., and promised that he will ensure that they get these facilities.

Vishwa Hindu Parishat leaders, Prof M B Puranik and Jagadish Shenava, Kalkura Foundation president, Pradipkumar Kalkura, accompanied the Swamiji.
