Mangalore: Karnataka Lalit Kala Academy Holds Kala Kalpana Group Show

Mangalore, Jan 16: ‘Kala Kalpana’ group show 2011, financed by Karnataka Lalit Kala Academy Bangalore exhibited arts of the talented artists from Dharwad at Preediv Art Gallery Bejai, here on Friday, January 14.

In all 30 contemporary paintings were exhibited with different mediums of representation. Their paintings included themes taken from the real village life.

The artists were Umesh M N, Raghavendra M B, Arun Kumar M H, Ravi B K and Sarasavati H P. S S Naik, Auditor Mangalore and N S Pattar Lecturer Mhalasa School of Art Mangalore and Dinesh Holla, renowned artist and art critic jointly inaugurated the exhibition.
