Karkala, Feb 2: The felicitation programme of Belman Jaycees for bagging national award in ‘NATCON– 2010’ was held here on Monday January 31. Belman Jaycees had bagged the national award in NATCON – 2010 held at Vishakapatnam, recently.
They bagged the national award for the first time in its existence of three decades.
Jaycees members Y Sukumar, Uday Kumar Shetty, Harischandra Amin, Suprith Shetty, Rajendra Bhat, N Suhas Hegde, Ganapathi Kamath, president Subash, and secretary Ranjit Kumar were the chief guests on the occasion.
The programme began with a dance staged by the students of Belman Jaycees School.
Satish Kotian welcomed the gathering while Rajendra Bhat compered the programme.
Variety cultural events were also held as part of the entertainment programme on the occasion.
