Bengaluru Beary Jamath Celebrates Meeladunnabi

Bangalore, Mar 6: Bangalore Beary Jamath celebrated Meeladunnabi with variety of programmes at Karnataka Kalyana Mantapa, Ganganagar here on Saturday March 5.

The programme began with recitation of Moulood followed by religious and cultural programmes by Beary ILM Centre students and stage function. DK dist Khazi Shekuna Twaka hmed Al Qasimi Al Azhari inaugurated the Meelad Sangam programme.

President of Bearys Welfare Association B M Farookh, Malabar Muslim Association general secretary Ab Khader Haji, Shivajinagar Jamia Masjid Imam Moulana Soofi Abdul Khadri, Kudroli Juma Masjid Imam Moulana Abdul Khader Darimi Kukkila, Bappalige Masjidunnor Imam Moulana Sirajuddin Faizy were the chief guests.

The DK district Khazi Shekuna Twaka Ahmed Al Qasimi Al Azhari was honoured by the president of Bengaluru Beary Jamath Hyder Ali Jokatte.

Addressing the gathering the Khazi elaborately explained the forecast of arrival of Prophet Muhammad. He called upon the Muslims to adopt teachings of Islam and lead a life spreading values of peace, harmony, humanitarianism in true spirit.

Jamath General secretary Ibrahim Inoly welcomed, joint secretary Savad Mohammed Kunhi delivered the vote of thanks and Mohammed Husain Siraj was the master of ceremony.
