Mangaluru, Jun 9: Devaki Sanjiva Shetty (88), wife of late Sanjiva Shetty, resident of Moodushedde, Mangaluru passed away due to old age here on Thursday, June 9.

She has left behind four sons, a large number of friends and relatives. One of her sons is Moodushedde Vishwanath Shetty, a well known hotelier at Thane, Bhivandi, president of Bantara Sangha Mumbai Bhivandi regional committee and trustee of Mookambika Devi temple renovation committee, Thane, Kalyan. Sons Karunaker S Shetty and Dinesh S Shetty are businessmen. Her other son is advocate Umesh Shetty. Her daughter in law is Savita K. Shetty, former ladies wing president of Kannada Seva Sangha, Povai.
