Mangaluru, Jun 14: The muhurta for Mayodappe Mantradevathe Tulu historic drama written and directed by Prashanth C K was held at Kadri Manjunatheshwara temple.

Drama veterans G K Rai, Sathish Kadri, Uday Achar, Madhava Iruvail and youngsters Suhan Kulai and others will be acting in the drama.

Director Jithendra Kundeshwara said that there are ample opportunities for young artistes in Tulu dramas. The recent historic dramas show it, he added.

Catka Sangha president Mohan Koppala said that artistes are getting opportunities after Corona and they should make good use of them with more performances.

Director Prashanth C K welcomed. V J Madhuraj compered the programme.
