Karkala, Jul 10: A youth, who was going to Belapu Mosque, was abducted by a gang, which arrived in car between Paniyoor-Belapu stretch of road on the afternoon of July 8.
Naufil (19), son of Abdul Khader is the youth who has been abducted by the kidnappers.
Naufil was going to Belapu Mosque with his friend Sahid on bike. The car borne gang of four waylaid the bike. Dawood Ibrahim, one among the gang, got down from the car and forcibly pulled Naufil and took him in the car.
Naufil is not to be traced since his abduction. A case in this regards is registered in Shirva police station as per the complaint filed by Abdul Hamza, uncle of abducted youth Naufil.
