Udupi, Jul 12: An escort vehicle of minister Kota Srinivas Poojary met with an accident on Tuesday July 12.
The accident was reported on the national highway at KG Road Santhekatte.
It is said that the driver lost control over the vehicle after which it toppled onto the divider.
The security personnel who were in the vehicle escaped danger. Escort personnel Ganesh Alva sustained minor injuries in to the incident.
Minister Kota Srinivasa Poojary admitted them to a private hospital in Udupi.
It is said that the accident took place as a truck changed a lane without any indication.
