Moodbidri, Jul 14: The roads of Shirtadi area badly affected by rain were repaired on Wednesday, July 13.
The road was totally covered with mud at Makki, Kanjilodi, Kaje and Howdalu. This was causing inconvenience to the public, especially school children and elderly people.
Panchayat president Santhosh Kotian, who called an emergency meeting in this regard, took action to repair and clean the roads.
Panchayat development officer Venkataramana Prakash, members Praveen Kumar, Santhosh Shetty and Rajesh Fernandes were present.
