Kundapur, Jul 31: Former MLA Basrooru Appanna Hegde's wife Nagarathna Shetty (80) passed away due to a heart attack in her residence at Basrooru here on Sunday, July 31.
She served in religious, social, and educational fields. She had several fans in Basrooru and Kudooru of the Kollur region.
She leaves behind her husband, two sons and three daughters.
Her final rites will be held at her Kudooru residence on Monday, August 1 afternoon.
Sources from the family informed that her mortal remains will be kept for public view from 9 am to 11 am at her Basrooru residence.
