Karkala, Aug 1: Passengers of a college bus and an private express bus had a narrow escape after the vehicles collided in an accident at Kedinje.
The college bus was traversing towards Mangaluru from Nitte. As the college bus driver did not see the vehicle that was coming from behind he took a right turn all of a sudden. The express bus driver lost control of the vehicle and collided with the college bus.
Both the buses got partially mangled due to the impact of the accident and the passengers narrowly escaped in what could have been a fatal accident.
One person was injured and has been admitted to a hospital.
