"The evening curfew applies to malls, cinema halls and pubs in the district. Residents are not permitted to come out during the restricted duration other than for essential and emergency needs." Which means PUBS will be allowed during permitted hours is it not?? What is a PUB: A place where people go to buy and drink alcohol and that also often serves food!! THE CIRCULAR FROM THE AUTHORITIES SHOULD BE VERY EXPLICIT AND SHOULDN'T BE CONFUSING THE COMMON CITIZENS WHO ARE ALREADY SUFFERING A LOT!!
