Mangaluru: Lions Club Balmatta holds Installation ceremony of newly elected team

Mangaluru, Aug 3: The Lions Club of Balmatta held their Installation ceremony of the newly elected team of new office bearers for the year 2022-23 on July 23 at Lions Seva Mandir, Mallikatte, Mangaluru.

Lion Lancy Menezes mjf the club president, Lion Sandra Crasta, the club secretary and Lion Stany Lasrado, the club treasurer, took oath as PST of the club.

The installation officer was of district 317 D 1st district governor Lion Dr Melwyn D'Souza mjf. He inducted the PST and the board of directors as well. 

The newly elected president Lion Lancy Menezes mjf, committed to carry out the service activities as best as he can with the help and support of his club members. Contribution towards the needy was done by all our club members on the Installation day.

Immediate past president Lion Lancy Carlo pmjf thanked his team and members for his excellent tenure.

Club felicitation was done by region chairperson Lion Jyothi Shetty mjf, Zone Envoy Lion Simon Lobo mjf and district co-ordinator district governors programmes Lion Vijaya Vishnu Mayya mjf.

The cynosure of the programme was our guest speaker Archiebald Menezes. He spoke on the importance of handling the projects and highlighted how to service a project after its execution.

The programme concluded with the singing of National Anthem.
