Bantwal: Peraje village declared a Har Ghar Jal Gram under Jalajeevan Mission

Bantwal, Aug 4: A Har Ghar Jal programme to announce the drinking water pipe connection to all the houses in Peraje village under the rural drinking water and sanitation department’s Jalajeevan mission was held at Peraje gram panchayat on August 4.

The village was declared Har Ghar Jal Gramain the presence of gram panchayat president Rohini Poojary, panchayat development officer Sunil Kumar, panchayat members, drinking water and sanitation committee members, pump operators and villagers.

Mission project manager Vignesh Raj, engineer Nasir J J M, implementation support organisation HRD Charan Raj, resource person’s team leader Lalita Shetty, staff Vilma, Ganapathi and Chandrashekar were present. Charan Raj compered the programme.
